China Kyrgyzstan paper mill hopes to restart production with Russian loans
according to Kyrgyz media reports, the general manager of China Kyrgyzstan paper mill rezaliev recently revealed that at present, the mill has started the production of toilet paper with small-scale up and down movement of belt driven stretching attachments (or tight, zigzag attachments) to maintain the normal operation of the plant. If the paper production is resumed, at least 1million US dollars will be needed. In view of this, the manufacturer will consider applying to Kyrgyzstan for part of the US $300million preferential loan provided by the Russian government to Kyrgyzstan not long ago through the transformation of software and hardware
further improve the effectiveness and quality of factor allocation
